How to View Court Documents

Court filings are posted in PDF and JPEG formats. The actual court filing is posted as JPEG images showing the date stamp and signatures. These files are generally large and slow documents to download.

A second PDF document is provided with the actual text of the court filing, but without the date stamp or signature. This document is a smaller file and will download more quickly.

The exhibits to each filing are posted as a separate JPEG document. These are unfortunately only available as scanned images.

To view a document, please click on it and it will download in JPEG images or in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF).

You will need the free Adobe Acrobat program to read the download. If it is not already on your computer, you may download it for free at the following site:

To understand the case, you should start with the "Complaint."
